Before we ship your order, we have to prepare your products, do strict quality-control tests and carefully package the items. Please note that we aim to dispatch most orders within 1-2 business days after we receipt the orders. Sometime it may be affected by the item’s stock status of merchandise and we will inform you in time for you to decide whether to change another item or refund money to you.
Once your order has left us, you will receive an email containing a tracking number to track its progress online.
Our estimated delivery dates are based on several factors, including the destination address and how quickly we can assemble and prepare your items for shipment.You don’t need to worry about your order. It would usually arrive on time unless there are unpredictable factors. Reasons for delay could include:

Delivery times are approximate and can be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch.
Receiving Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time. Weekends and holidays can be excluded from processing and shipping time. But mostly it takes up to 7 business days.
Delivery is carried out only within the USA by USPS.
LOST OR MISSING PACKAGES
For lost or missing packages, we will provide you with the information of the carrier and tracking number associated with your order so that you may contact them directly to track your package. Please note that we are not responsible for lost packages sent to mail forwarding providers.
