RETURN AND REFUND

Thank you for shopping at UIMPERIUM.COM

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase and in circumstances where you consider that the product does not

 conform to your order, you may return the product purchased in the United States. We’re here to help.

  RETURN FOR REFUND

UIMPERIUM.COM will gladly accept return. However, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the product to us.

The product can be returned within thirty (30) days after date you received your order.

   TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN, PLEASE MAKE SURE

-The Product is new, unused, unworn, unwashed.

-The product must be returned to us with all unaltered internal garment tags and designer labels, still attached and   

intact in accordance with your original acquisition.

-The product is in its original packaging. Please include with the product being returned all original box,

instructions, documents, and wrappings.

UIMPERIUM.COM reserves the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the above criteria.

Return that does not meet our policy will be sent back to you us.

RETURN OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCT

In circumstances where you consider that the product does not conform to your order, you should promptly contact us 

[email protected] with details of the product and a description of the defect. You may return the defective or

damaged product purchased in the United States. If any defect exists, defective product will be refunded in full,

including a refund of the delivery and Sales Tax.

We aim to process the refund as soon as possible and, in any case, within fourteen (14) days of the date the returned

product have been received by us.

PURCHASE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN

– Bodysuits such as underwear is not eligible for return

Bodysuit such as underwear can only be returned if it is defective or wrong item.

You must email us a picture showing the problem /defect when you submitting the return request. Contact us [email protected]

-Merchandise purchased in Puerto Rico or outside of the US are not returnable in the US.

After reviewing the product, we will let you know whether or not you have a right to a refund based on our Return Policy.

HOW TO SEND YOUR PURCHASE BACK TO US?

Please follow the steps below to return your purchase.

You have 30 days from the date you received your order.

1.As soon as you’ve decided you’d like to return your purchase for any reason, let us know via [email protected]

2.Enter the quantity of items you are returning and enter the reason code that best explains your reason for return    into Return Form.

3. Place the item (s) you wish to return and your Return Form in the box that your order arrived in. Please remember         the Return Form must be enclosed with the merchandise.

4. Attach the return mailing label to your sealed package where are correct sender’s mailing address and correct recipient’s mailing address. Please note, that return mailing label is not pre-paid.

5. Take sealed package and send back via nearest USPS location. To find a USPS location, please visit www.usps.com. Return may also be back via alternate methods.

You will be responsible for the cost of returning the product to us.

 We are not responsible for lost packages.

 REFUND

We will process your refund as soon as possible and in any case, within fourteen (14) of the date the returned product

have been received by us.

Refund is made in the form of original payment.

If your order has been sent to a destination within the US, the cost of the product, including Sales Tax will be refunded.

Delivery of product to customer is at the expense of customer.

Shipping costs will not be refunded.
